Our belief at Faneuil is that in order to create and maintain an innovative, dynamic environment, all of our management focus needs to be directed toward ensuring open communication, defined and measurable objectives and goals, and aligning our activities to value provided to our clients and stakeholders. Customer and Client Driven
With the solutions Faneuil provides and the programs that we run, Faneuil is a major component in the communications we have with our client’s customers. As such, we understand that we have a large impact on the brand and image that is portrayed to the customer’s. All of our staff, from our employees on the telephone, answering e-mails, or performing web chat services to our management or executive teams, understands this impact and strives to both understand and integrate ourselves into our client’s culture. This helps to ensure that the messages and information communicated is not only in-line with the brand or image required, but enhances and strengthens it.
Operational Excellence
Our focus on operational excellence is not just for the sake of cost control or streamlining, it is focused on aligning our operational processes to the program objectives while providing best practice expertise and industry expertise developed from our whole portfolio of programs.
One of our favorite sayings is that Faneuil is “big enough yet small enough”. This emphasizes both our strengths in providing best practices and solid operational experience to our programs while still understanding and focusing on the need for flexibility and alignment to our client objectives and image.
Human Resource Focus
Like most companies, it is our people that provide the highest level of value that Faneuil offers. Faneuil integrates this thinking into everything we do from providing opportunities for advancement for our staff, providing ongoing training and development support, to managing pro-active and positive performance management processes that focuses and empowers all of our staff on success.
Faneuil has a dedicated human resource team that provides support to all of our employees and provides ongoing training programs and resources for a focused development and continuous improvement of the skill Faneuil employs. Human Resource management is not just the responsibility of this team though. Our operational and management teams are all committed to maintaining an environment of open communication and empowerment so that every individual on the Faneuil team has an opportunity and the right environment to contribute to our success.
Technical Resources
In this day and age, technology has a huge impact to the way we do business and to the capabilities Faneuil has. Faneuil’s focus is on ensuring a solid and capable technology infrastructure while at the same time providing creative and responsive resources to meet the demanding needs of a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Faneuil’s technology implementations are all aligned to the services that we offer and are customizable and configurable to support the objectives set out for any specific program. Technology is a tool that we employ in order to improve performance, enhance communications, or support the image being portrayed.
In addition to our technology infrastructure, Faneuil has a dedicated and creative team of technical support and application development resources. We employ these resources on every program implementation and review to ensure that Faneuil has the right technology available and that the technology is utilized in the most effective way possible.
Continuous Improvement
Faneuil is very proud of our processes and our environment. That being said, there is always room for improvement. Faneuil strives, every day with every action, to define ways of making our company and our service better for our clients and stakeholders. This is done through a mix of formal processes such as our quality and performance management processes or our program review processes and more informal processes such as ensuring open communication of ideas and suggestions and employee empowerment.
